DOMESTIC SHIPPING

  • Flat shipping rate of $8.00 for standard shipping which takes 3-7 days.  Mostly USPS is used as shipping service.

  • All orders $125 and over ship FREE. 

  • For expedited shipping, please contact us for a quote.

  • Most orders are shipped the next business day after payment has been confirmed. Please allow 1-3 business days for processing time.

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.

 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

  • We have flat shipping rates to Canada for packages up to 4 lbs.  Customer is responsible for taxes and duties.

  • We ship INTERNATIONAL to over 50 COUNTRIES. Customs fees, taxes and duties are customer's responsibility.

  • Some countries/governments may require additional import documentation. This is the responsibility of each individual international customer.

  • At this time, order pick up is only available to those in the Greater Lansing area upon request, with appointment only.

About Missing Packages

We hope this doesn't happen, but in the event your package goes missing during transit, we suggest you reach out to USPS (or shipping partner selected at checkout) to resolve any issue.Once your order is processed, Modest Elle is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your shipper is unable to resolve the issue, you should contact your local law enforcement to report the package stolen.
