RETURNS

Regular price items may be returned up to 7 days after the day of delivery. If you request a return shipping label, you will be charged at least $8.00, depending on the number of items returned, and weight of the package.

ITEMS PURCHASED WITH DISCOUNT OF 25% OF MORE, OR FINAL SALE ITEMS ARE NOT ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN.

*Store credits are issued for all returned items.*

For a returned item to be ELIGIBLE for store credit, it must be returned in new condition. It must be UNWORN, free of deodorant stains, make up stains, ordors and smells (perfume, cigarette smoke, cooking odors, moth balls) and pet hairs. We reserve the right to reject items that do not meet these criteria.

If an item is sent back and it is determined to not be eligible for return for any reason, the item will be held for 5 business days awaiting an email response from the customer. If there is no response and/or payment via PayPal for return shipping in 5 business days, the item will be returned to our inventory and no credit will be given to the customer.
